Hula Halau Ho'omau Ana I Ka Nohona Hawai'i

Is a hula hālau located in Jacksonville, Florida, dedicated to preserving and perpetuating Hawaiian culture through language, music, and dance. For us, hula is more than a pastime—it is a way of life that calls for deep commitment of body, mind, and spirit. We believe that the opportunity to learn and grow through hula is for everyone—regardless of age, size, or background. All who come with a willingness to learn are welcome.

Annual Hālau Hō'ike

Woman Performing Traditional Hula Kahiko

I ka wā ma mua, ka wā ma hope.

The future is found in the past. This year’s hālau hōʻike celebrates our journey by bringing back hula from past competitions—honoring where we’ve been as we look toward where we are going.
